Baked Pimento Cheese



1 (16-oz.) pkg. shredded Cheddar cheese
1 Tbsp. corn starch
1 cup mayonnaise
1 (4-oz.) jar diced pimientos, drained
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. finely grated onion
1/4 tsp. ground red pepper


Combine cheese and corn starch in a large bowl and toss to coat. Stir together mayonnaise and next 4 ingredients in a large bowl. Stir in cheese. Spoon mixture into a lightly greased 1-quart baking dish. Bake at 300 degrees for 30 minutes, or until golden and bubbly. Serve with crackers. Makes 3 cups.
