Cheese Ball With Pimientos, Bell Pepper and Pecans



2 (8-oz.) pkgs. cream cheese
1 roll garlic cheese
1 small jar pimientos, drained
1/4 cup chopped bell pepper, green or red
1/4 cup chopped green onions
1/8 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. cracked pepper
Pinch of crushed red pepper
2 cups crushed pecans


Soften cream cheese. Add garlic cheese and blend well. Fold in remaining ingredients, except the pecans. Shape into two even balls. Roll each ball in the crushed pecans. Serve with vegetable crackers.
