Hot Swiss and Bacon Dip



1 (8-oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 cup shredded Swiss cheese
2 T. chopped onion
10 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled, divided
Round buttery crackers


Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix cream cheese and mayonnaise. Add Swiss cheese, onion and bacon, reserving 3 tablespoons of bacon. Place into a greased 1 1/2-quart baking dish. Crumble 15 to 20 crackers. Sprinkle cracker crumbs and remaining bacon on top. Bake 15 to 20 minutes. Serve with remaining crackers. Yield: 3 cups
