Marinated Shrimp and Vegetables



2 lbs. shrimp, boiled and shelled
4 (6-oz.) jars marinated artichoke hearts
1 head broccoli
1 head cauliflower
2 tsp. minced garlic
1 cup Italian dressing
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. pepper


Drain artichoke hearts, reserving juice. Combine shrimp and vegetables. Make marinade of artichoke juice, garlic, Italian dressing, salt, dry mustard and pepper. Toss gently, cover and marinate for 8 hours. Drain before serving.
