Breakfast Smoothie



1/2 banana, frozen if possible 1/2 cup berries, any kind, frozen or fresh OR 1 nectarine or peach 1/2 cup orange juice 1/2 cup yogurt 1 scoop protein powder (optional)


Blend ingredients well in a blender. This is a great way to use overripe fruit, even bananas. Just cut them up and freeze them until you are ready to use them.
