Chocolate Cappuccino Mousse



3/4 cup cold strong coffee 1 cup milk 1 (3-oz.) box chocolate instant pudding mix 3 Tbsp. sugar plus 1/4 cup sugar, divided 1 pint whipping cream


Whisk coffee, milk, pudding mix and 3 tablespoons sugar in large bowl until slightly thickened. In mixer bowl, beat whipping cream and 1/4 cup sugar until stiff; fold into coffee mixture. Spoon into stemware or dessert dishes. Refrigerate until set, about 15 minutes. Serves 6.
