Coffee Punch



1/2 cup instant coffee 2 cups sugar 3 qts. hot water 2 qts. milk 1 Tbsp. vanilla extract 6 oz. chocolate syrup 1 gal. vanilla ice cream


Combine coffee, sugar and hot water until dissolved. Place into 2 empty gallon jugs and shake. Add milk, vanilla extract and chocolate syrup to jug and shake well. Chill in refrigerator at least 2 hours. Mixture must be very cold. When ready to serve, pour mixture into punch bowl and fold in ice cream. This will serve a crowd.
