Berry Trifle

1/2 fat-free pound cake loaf 1 package vanilla pudding, prepared with skim milk 1 1/2 to 2 cups frozen or fresh berries (strawberries, raspberries) Fat-free frozen whipped topping


Cut the half of pound cake into cubes; place cubes on bottom of a 2-quart glass bowl or trifle dish. Top with vanilla pudding and berries. Garnish with small amount of fat-free frozen whipped topping. Serves 6.
