Caramel Pecan Cheesecake Pie

20 caramels 2 Tbsp. milk 1/2 cup chopped pecans 1 (9-inch) graham cracker pie shell 16 oz. cream cheese, softened 1/2 cup sugar 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract 2 eggs


Unwrap caramels. Combine with milk in a saucepan. Heat until the caramels melt, stirring occasionally. Stir in pecans. Pour into pie shell. Beat cream cheese, sugar and vanilla in a mixing bowl until smooth. Add eggs and beat well. Spread over the caramel layer. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.
