Asparagus Casserole



1 (15-oz.) can Lesueur peas, drained 1 (15-oz.) can asparagus spears, drained 1 can cream of mushroom soup Longhorn colby cheese, shredded Cayenne pepper, black pepper and salt, to taste


Pour peas into bottom of a casserole dish. Sprinkle with peppers and salt. Spoon undiluted mushroom soup over that. Repeat peppers and salt. Lay asparagus spears side by side over that. Repeat peppers and salt. Top generously with shredded cheese. Bake covered at 350 degrees until cheese bubbles.
