Peachy Glazed Pork Chops

Ingredients

1 envelope Lipton Recipe Secrets onion soup mix
1 (12-oz.) jar peach or apricot preserves
1/2 cup water
8 pork chops, 1/2 inch thick (about 3 lbs.)
2 medium red or green peppers, sliced

Instructions

In a small bowl, combine soup mix, preserves and water. In a 9-by-13-inch baking dish or roasting pan, arrange chops and peppers. Top with soup mixture. Broil, turning once, until chops are done.
