BBQ Prawns

Fish and Seafood


2 lbs. prawns, shelled Juice of 1/2 lemon 3 sticks butter 1 T. fresh, crushed garlic 1/2 tsp. ground cayenne pepper 1/2 tsp. ground black pepper 1/2 tsp. ground white pepper 1/4 tsp. paprika 1 cup chopped green onions 1 cup fresh parsley, finely chopped 3/4 cup cashews, rinsed and drained (optional) 1 cup (approx.) Progresso Italian bread crumbs


Marinate prawns in refrigerator with lemon juice while preparing other ingredients. Melt butter in skillet over medium heat. Add garlic. Blend 3 peppers and paprika and add to skillet. Add green onions, parsley and cashews. Add prawns and cook until pink. Mix in enough of bread crumbs to absorb approximately 1/2 of liquid. Serve over a bed of angel hair pasta with garlic bread.
