Beach Shrimp

3 lbs. large uncooked shrimp, peeled and thawed (if frozen) 1 (16-oz.) bottle Italian dressing 1/2 tsp. black pepper 2 garlic cloves, minced 2 lemons, sliced 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley 1/2 cup butter, cut up


Place first 4 ingredients into a 13-by-9-inch baking dish, tossing to coat. Squeeze juice from lemons over shrimp mixture and stir. Place lemon slices throughout pan to season. Sprinkle evenly with parsley; dot with butter. Bake at 375 degrees for 25 minutes, stirring after 15 minutes. Serve in pan. Serve with toasted French bread to sop up with sauce.
