Crab Mornay

8 T. margarine 8 T. all-purpose flour 4 cups milk 1 tsp. salt 1 tsp. red pepper 3 cups grated medium Cheddar cheese 1 lb. crabmeat, picked over 2 T. fresh parsley


Melt margarine in saucepan over low heat. Add flour; stir until smooth. Gradually add milk, stirring constantly. Cook, stirring constantly, until thick and bubbly. Add cheese and let melt. Add crabmeat and parsley.
