Artichoke Rice

1 cup rice 1 stick (approx.) butter 2 bunches green onions, chopped 1 small pkg. fresh mushrooms, sliced 1 small jar artichoke hearts, marinated and chopped 1 small can black olives, sliced Lemon pepper, to taste


Cook rice according to package directions. Saute green onions in butter (about 1 teaspoon); sprinkle with lemon pepper, remove from pan and set aside. Saute mushrooms in butter (1 to 2 teaspoons); sprinkle with lemon pepper. Add cooked rice and green onions to mushrooms. Add 1/2 stick butter. Sprinkle with lemon pepper. Stir-fry until heated.
