Aunt Sandy’s Easter Congealed Salad

2 small boxes lime gelatin 1 cup hot water 2 small cartons sour cream 1 large can crushed pineapple 1 cup chopped pecans 1/2 to 1 cup shredded coconut 1/2 large bag multicolored miniature marshmallows


Dissolve gelatin in hot water and add sour cream; blend with a mixer. Add undrained pineapple, pecans, coconut and marshmallows. Mix well. Pour into large, oblong glass dish. Refrigerate overnight. Cut into squares to serve.
