Corn Salad (or Dip)

1 cup finely chopped broccoli 2 (11-oz.) cans shoepeg corn, drained 1/2 cup chopped onion 2 ripe tomatoes 1/2 cup chopped bell pepper Jalapeno peppers, chopped (to taste) 2 T. mayonnaise 4 tsp. lemon pepper Slight salt Heavy pepper


Mix all vegetables. Add mayonnaise, lemon pepper, salt and pepper. Stir well. Refrigerate overnight. Drain before serving. Great as salad or as a dip with corn chips.
