Southwestern Chicken Salad Spirals




1 (7-oz.) jar roasted red bell peppers, well drained and chopped 2 cups cooked, chopped chicken breast 1 (8-oz.) cream cheese, softened 1 (4-oz.) pkg. ranch buttermilk dressing mix 1/4 cup chopped ripe olives 1/2 small onion, finely chopped 1 can chopped green chilies, drained 2 Tbsp. chopped fresh cilantro 1/2 tsp. pepper 8 flour tortillas


Combine all ingredients except tortillas. Cover and chill at least 2 hours. Spoon mix evenly over tortillas. Roll up, jelly-roll style. Chill rolled spirals and slice into rounds. Each tortilla should make 5 to 6 slices.
