Pie Crust

2 cups self-rising flour 1/2 cup vegetable oil 3/4 cup water


Mix all ingredients together, then halve the ball of dough (it will make 2 pie crusts). Sprinkle some flour on a flat place, such as a table. Put 1/2 the ball of dough on top of the flour and then sprinkle some flour on top of that. With a dough roller, roll it out to make the bottom of your pie. Repeat with remaining dough to make the top crust.


This is great for any pie.
