Edamame Cucumber Pasta Salad

Ingredients

1 cup frozen edamame (green soybeans) 1 cup uncooked whole wheat shell pasta 1 large or 2 small cucumbers, seeded and sliced into half moons 1/2 cup halved grape tomatoes Balsamic vinaigrette dressing Mrs. Dash Tomato-Basil seasoning mix Salt, pepper

Instructions

Cook edamame according to package directions. Drain and plunge into cold water to cool; drain. Cook pasta and drain, but do not rinse. Toss all ingredients together, adding seasonings to taste. Serve at room temperature or chilled.

Adjust ingredient amounts to suit your taste.
