Frogmore Stew

2 Tbsp. Old Bay seasoning 2 lbs. small red potatoes 1 lb. kielbasa, or other smoked link sausage, cut into 1 1/2-inch slices 3 ears corn, halved 2 lbs. unpeeled large shrimp Cocktail sauce


Fill a large pot halfway with water and add Old Bay seasoning. Bring to a boil. Add potatoes; return to a boil and cook 10 minutes. Add sausage and corn; return to a boil and cook 10 minutes, or until potatoes are tender. Add shrimp and cook 3 to 5 minutes, or until shrimp turn pink. Remove all with a slotted spoon onto a serving platter or newspaper-lined table. Serve with additional Old Bay.
