Rotel Muffins

Ingredients

1 can flaky canned biscuits
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 cup grated Swiss cheese
1/8 tsp. basil
1/2 tsp. chopped green onions
1/2 cup real bacon bits, or fry bacon and crumble
1 can Rotel tomatoes, drained and patted dry with paper towel

Instructions

Divide each biscuit into 3 pieces. Press into mini muffin tins. Combine remaining ingredients and fill each muffin. Bake at 350 F for 20 to 25 minutes, or until golden brown.
