Lemon-Pepper Pork Chops

1/2 cup water
1/3 cup soy sauce
1/2 cup cooking oil
3 Tbsp. lemon-pepper seasoning
6 pork chops, all fat removed

In a deep bowl, combine water, soy sauce, oil and lemon-pepper seasoning. Put pork chops in a gallon resealable plastic bag, and pour soy sauce mixture over chops. Marinate in refrigerator for 2 hours or up to overnight. Remove chops from bag and grill, turning often and brushing with the leftover marinade.
Editor’s note: To prevent bacterial contamination, boil the leftover marinade in a saucepan for 1 minute, stirring often, before using it to baste the chops.
