Grilled Chicken Stir-Fry

Main Dishes



6 frozen grilled chicken breasts, thawed
4 Tbsp. cornstarch
3 Tbsp. soy sauce
1/2 tsp. ground ginger
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
3 Tbsp. cooking oil
1/2 bag frozen stir-fry vegetables
1 1/2 cups water
1 1/2 tsp. chicken bouillon granules


Cut chicken into 1-inch pieces; place in resealable bag. Add cornstarch and toss to coat. Combine soy sauce, ginger and garlic powder; add to bag and shake well. Refrigerate for about 30 minutes. Heat oil in a large skillet or wok. Add vegetables and stir fry for 8 to 10 minutes. Push to one side; add chicken and heat thoroughly. Combine vegetables, chicken, water and bouillon. Cook and stir until thickened and bubbly. Serve over cooked rice.
