LaFont Inn Seafood Casserole


Fish and Seafood


1 lb. crabmeat
1 lb. shrimp, cooked, shelled and deveined
1 cup sour cream
1/4 cup finely chopped onion
1 cup finely chopped celery
1/2 cup finely chopped bell pepper
1/2 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 cups bread crumbs
1/2 cup melted butter


Combine crabmeat, shrimp, sour cream, onion, celery, bell pepper, salt and Worcestershire sauce. Pour into buttered 2 1/2-quart casserole dish. Top with bread crumbs and melted butter. Sprinkle with paprika. Bake at 400 F for 25 minutes or until thoroughly heated. Yield: 6 servings
