Carrots and Onions

Side Dishes



3 medium carrots
1 small onion
1 Tbsp. brown sugar
1 Tbsp. butter or margarine
1 tsp. salt


Combine sliced carrots with thinly sliced onion. Add sugar, butter and salt, and cook slowly in a saucepan with close fitting cover for about 25 minutes, or until tender. Serves 2.
