Lunch menu: Endless Sandwich Combinations

One-Dish Meals


3 to 4 ounces lean meat (fish, poultry, low-fat cheese)
2 slices whole-wheat bread
Lettuce, tomatoes, onion, etc.
1 tablespoon light mayonnaise
1 (6-ounce) low-fat yogurt


Assemble sandwich and enjoy with yogurt.
