Bloody Mary Oyster Shooters


Fish and Seafood


1 cup tomato juice
2 oz. lemon juice
1 oz. lime juice
2 oz. Worcestershire sauce
1 Tbsp. fresh grated horseradish
1 tsp. kosher salt
2 tsp. pepper sauce
1/2 tsp. celery salt
1/2 tsp. black pepper
8 fresh-shucked Mississippi Gulf oysters
Celery top leaves for garnish


In a mixing bowl, combine all ingredients, except for the oysters, and let refrigerate for 1 hour. Place one oyster each into a 2-ounce shot glass. Top with bloody mary mix and garnish with celery leaves.
