Hot Tamale Dip




2 dozen hot tamales
1 bunch green onions, chopped
4 cups chili
3 cups grated sharp cheddar cheese


Preheat oven to 350 F. In a large bowl, mash hot tamales. Mix in onions and 1 1/2 cups chili. In a greased 9-by-12-inch casserole dish, layer 3 times the tamale mix, remaining chili and cheese. Bake uncovered for about 30 minutes, or until bubbly. Serve warm with corn chips.
