Southwestern Corn and Walnut Dip



2 (8-oz.) pkgs. cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1/4 cup lime juice
1 Tbsp. ground red chili pepper
1 Tbsp. ground cumin
1/2 tsp. salt
1 (15-oz.) can corn, drained
1 cup walnuts, chopped
1/4 cup minced onion


With a mixer, blend cream cheese, oil, lime juice, red chili pepper, cumin and salt until smooth. Stir in corn, walnuts and onion. Cover and refrigerate. Serve with corn or tortilla chips, or crackers.
