Black-eyed Peas and Corn Salad

1 can black-eyed peas, drained
1 can white shoe peg corn, drained
1/2 cup chopped celery
1/2 cup chopped purple onion
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
Salt, pepper to taste


Mix all ingredients in a salad bowl. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
