Butterscotch Delight

1 stick butter, softened
1 cup self-rising flour
1 cup chopped pecans
1 (8-oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
2 (8-oz.) tubs Cool Whip
2 small boxes instant butterscotch pudding mix
4 cups cold milk


Preheat oven to 350 F. Combine butter, flour and pecans, and press into a greased 9 x 13-inch baking dish. Bake for 10 minutes. Combine cream cheese and 1 tub of Cool Whip, and spread over cooled crust. Blend pudding mixes and milk in a food processor for 1 minute. Spread over cream cheese layer. Refrigerate. Spread remaining tub of Cool Whip over pudding layer before serving.
