Lemon Juice and Peanut Oil Marinade



1/2 cup red wine vinegar
3/4 cup teriyaki sauce
1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
1/2 cup peanut or canola oil
1/3 cup lemon juice
5 garlic cloves, minced
2 Tbsp. dry mustard


Mix all ingredients and pour into a 1-gallon zip-close plastic bag. Place venison into bag, mix well and refrigerate 8 to 12 hours.
