Green Beans with Pine Nuts

Ingredients

1 1/2 pound fresh green beans, trimmed
1 tablespoon olive oil (plain or flavor-infused)
Salt to taste
Pine nuts (or slivered almonds) for garnish

Instructions

Bring 1-inch of water in saucepan to boil. Cook green beans, covered, for 5 minutes. Drain beans, wipe pan dry and return pan to heat. Add olive oil to pan, then add beans and coat in oil. Season beans with a pinch of salt and transfer to a serving plate. Garnish with nuts and serve.
