6 to 8, 3 to 5 ounces U.S. farm-raised catfish fillets
1 can green beans
1 can black beans
1 can Rotel tomatoes
1 can whole corn
1 12-ounce pack of smoked sausage

Melt one stick of butter and apply it over the entire dish. Add remaining seasoning together and apply evenly over the entire dish. Cut smoked sausage into 1/2 inch slices and spread evenly over the dish. Spread sliced onion and potatoes over fillets. Sprinkle 1 cup of shredded cheese over the dish.
