The Farmhouse Kitchen: Gratitude is Like Gravy. Put in on Everything.
I’ve made many meals in my kitchen, and we’ve enjoyed plenty of occasions, special and otherwise. But the holidays always have a special place in my heart. It’s the one time of year that I try to please everybody. I take requests, and I do my best to comply. There are leftovers for days, and everybody goes home with their own little doggie bag of favorites. And at the end of the day the thing we are all most grateful for is an elastic waistband.
