Blueberry Buckle

Ingredients

3/4 cup sugar 1/4 cup butter 1 egg 1/2 cup milk 2 cups flour 1/2 tsp. salt 2 tsp. baking powder 2 cups fresh or canned blueberries, drained; Topping: 1/2 cup sugar 1/3 cup flour 1/2 tsp. cinnamon 1/4 cup butter, softened

Instructions

Mix together sugar, butter and egg. Add milk. Stir in flour, salt and baking powder. Add blueberries and mix well. Pour mixture into greased and floured 8 by 10-inch pan. Bake at 375 degrees for 45 to 50 minutes. Combine topping ingredients and sprinkle on top of baked cake. Return to oven for a few minutes to crisp.
