Butter Pecan Cake

Ingredients

1 box butter pecan cake mix 1 can creamy home-style coconut pecan frosting 3/4 cup vegetable oil 4 eggs 1 cup water 1 cup chopped pecans Sugar Glaze Topping: 1/2 box powdered sugar 1 tsp. clear imitation vanilla extract Enough water for desired thickness 1/2 cup chopped pecans, optional

Instructions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Beat for 2 minutes with an electric mixer. Pour into a greased and floured Bundt cake pan. Bake for 55 minutes. Optional: Top warm cake with Sugar Glaze Topping. Sugar Glaze Topping: Stir together sugar, vanilla extract and water until glaze is smooth. Add chopped pecans. Pour over warm cake.
