Caramel Coconut Pie

Ingredients

1/4 cup margarine 1 pkg. (7 oz.) coconut 1/2 cup chopped pecans 1 pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened 1 can (14 oz.) Eagle Brand milk 1 carton (16 oz.) frozen whipped topping, thawed 2 9-inch pie shells, baked 1 can (12 oz.) caramel ice cream topping

Instructions

Melt margarine in large skillet. Add coconut and chopped pecans. Cook until golden brown, stirring frequently. Set aside. Combine cream cheese and milk; beat until smooth. Fold in whipped topping. Layer 1/4 of the mixture in each pie shell. Drizzle 1/4 of the caramel topping into each pie. Sprinkle 1/4 of the coconut mixture over each pie. Repeat layers with remaining ingredients.
