Chocolate Cobbler

Ingredients

1/2 stick margarine 1 cup self-rising flour 1 3/4 cups sugar, divided 4 T. cocoa, divided 1 tsp. vanilla 1/2 cup milk 1 cup hot water

Instructions

Melt margarine in an 8 by 8-inch pan. Mix flour, 3/4 cup sugar, 2 tablespoons cocoa, vanilla and milk in pan. Mix 1 cup sugar and 2 tablespoons cocoa and sprinkle over mixture in pan. Pour hot water over top. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
