Chicken Canoes

Ingredients

1 (8-oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened 2 cups cubed cooked chicken 1 1/2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese 1 (4-oz.) can chopped green chilies 3 Tbsp. chopped green onions 1 1/2 tsp. taco seasoning 4 hard rolls

Instructions

Beat cream cheese until fluffy; add remaining ingredients except bread. Cut top off rolls; carefully hollow out bottoms, leaving 1/4-inch shells; discard inside bread. Fill canoes with chicken mixture; replace tops, if desired. On a cookie sheet, bake at 375 degrees for 5 to 7 minutes or until golden brown. Sprinkle with cilantro, if desired. Serves 4.
