Barbecued Pulled Pork Sandwiches

Ingredients

2 1/2 lb. pork roast 1 (14-oz.) bottle barbecue sauce 1 tsp. brown sugar 1 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice 1 medium onion, chopped 8 hamburger buns or hard rolls

Instructions

Place roast into slow cooker. Cover and cook on low for 10 to 12 hours, or on high for 5 to 6 hours. Remove roast from slow cooker. Pull the roast into shreds. Discard liquid from slow cooker. Add pulled pork, barbecue sauce, sugar, lemon juice and onion. Cook on high for 2 hours. Serve on hamburger buns or rolls. Makes 8 servings.
