Chicken Pot Pie

Ingredients

6 frozen biscuits 3 chicken breasts 1 can mixed vegetables, drained 1 can cream of chicken soup 1 can cream of potato soup Salt and pepper

Instructions

Thaw biscuits for 2 hours. Boil chicken breasts, debone and cut into bite-size pieces. Set aside and reserve broth. Roll out 3 biscuits; use them to line bottom of baking dish. Mix chicken pieces, vegetables, soups and 1 cup broth (more broth may be needed). Add salt and pepper to taste. Pour mixture on top of biscuits. Roll out 3 more biscuits and cut into strips.
