Bob’s Cajun Potatoes

Ingredients

1 (5-lb.) bag red potatoes 1 stick butter 1 pkg. Lipton onion soup mix 1/3 cup water 1 T. Tony Chachere’s Cajun seasoning 2 to 3 cups shredded sharp Cheddar cheese

Instructions

Cut up enough unpeeled potatoes to fill a 9 by 13-inch baking dish. In saucepan, melt butter and stir in Lipton onion soup mix, water and Tony Chachere’s seasoning. Pour over potatoes. Bake, covered, at 400 degrees for 45 minutes (or at 350 degrees for 1 hour). Uncover and sprinkle with Cheddar cheese. Reheat until cheese melts.
