Carrot Souffle

Ingredients

1 1/2 lbs. carrots, sliced 1/2 cup butter 3 large eggs 1/4 cup all-purpose flour 1 1/2 tsp. baking powder 1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon

Instructions

Cook carrots until tender; drain. Process all ingredients in blender until smooth. Place in greased 1 1/2-quart baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour 10 minutes.
