Cheesy Artichoke Hearts

Ingredients

1 (14-oz.) can artichoke hearts 1/2 cup mayonnaise 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese 1 T. grated Parmesan cheese Paprika Parsley

Instructions

Thoroughly drain artichoke hearts and pat dry with paper towels. Cut each heart into quarters and place into baking dish. Combine mayonnaise, mozzarella cheese and Parmesan cheese. Spread over artichokes. Sprinkle with paprika. Bake at 325 degrees for 15 to 18 minutes, until edges brown lightly. Sprinkle with parsley and serve.
