Blackeye Pea Soup

Ingredients

3 (15.5-oz.) cans blackeye peas 2 (15.5-oz.) cans Trappey’s Jalapeno Blackeye Peas 2 (15.5-oz.) cans diced tomatoes 1 (10-oz.) can Ro-tel tomatoes 1 lb. smoked sausage, sliced 1 cup chopped onion

Instructions

Saute onions. Place all ingredients into a slow cooker. Cook on high for 2 hours, then cook on low until served. Great served with corn bread.
