Cottage Cheese Salad

Ingredients

1 small package lemon gelatin 1 small package lime gelatin 1 large can crushed pineapple, drained 1 small carton cream cottage cheese 1 cup mayonnaise 1 cup evaporated milk 3 T. sugar 1 cup chopped pecans 1/2 cup finely chopped celery

Instructions

Dissolve both gelatins in 1 pint boiling water. Add pineapple, cottage cheese, mayonnaise and milk; stir. Add remaining ingredients. Will fill 13 x 9 x 2-inch glass dish. Chill until firm. Slice into squares, serve on lettuce and top with mayonnaise.
