Chocolate Leaves

1 (6-oz.) pkg. chocolate chips Camellia or ivy leaves, washed and dried


Melt chocolate chips in top of double boiler. Arrange camellia or ivy leaves on sheet of wax paper. Spread chocolate on back side of each leaf with a spoon. Place immediately in freezer for 30 minutes to 1 hour. Peel away green leaves. (To work with leaves, place hands in ice water and shake lightly.) Refrigerate chocolate leaves until ready to use. Serve on ice cream or cheesecake. Yield: 2 doz
