Artichoke Chicken Salad

Ingredients

1 box Rice-A-Roni long-grain and wild rice mix
1 jar marinated artichokes, chopped; reserve liquid
4 green onions, chopped
1/2 bell pepper, chopped
4 chicken breasts, cooked and chopped
2 small cans black olives, drained and chopped
1 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup sliced almonds, toasted

Instructions

Prepare rice mix according to package directions. Stir in artichokes, reserved liquid, onions, bell pepper, chicken, olives and mayonnaise. Top with toasted almonds.
